At VÖRDA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we’re here to help.
Returns
• You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• In its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Sale or clearance items (if marked as "final sale")
Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at info@vordaclothing.co.uk.
Return Shipping
• You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
• Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
